How to Schedule Active@ Disk Wiper
Scheduling of Active@ Disk Wiper is available in Professional version only.
Scheduling allows you to perform Batch run for cleaning up drives the local and remote computers
automatically without user's interaction.
Preparation steps:
- Mark all drives you want to be wiped out in a scheduled batch run
- Mark the Active Disk Wiper node itself.
- Repeat these two operations for all local and remote
machines you want to participate in scheduled batch run.
To create or edit Scheduled Task:
- Start Active@ Disk Wiper console and select the Active Disk Wiper node.
- Open Properties window by one of the following
methods:
- Click the Properties button on the toolbar
- Right-click the Active Disk Wiper node, and then click
Properties from the context menu.
- Go to the Preferences tab
- Click Task button to open Microsoft Task Scheduler
- Change scheduling time, frequency of the batch run
and other parameters you want.
